Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Kavana Digital's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Provided

Kavana Digital provides digital marketing services including:

• Google Ads setup, management, and optimization
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) services
• Website creation and optimization
• Content writing and blog SEO
• Google Business Profile optimization

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• Monthly retainer packages are billed in advance
• One-time projects require 50% deposit before work begins
• Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt
• Late payments may incur additional fees

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide timely feedback and approvals
• Supply necessary access to platforms and accounts
• Provide accurate business information and materials
• Respond to requests for information within reasonable timeframes

5. Intellectual Property

All work product created by Kavana Digital becomes the property of the client upon full payment. However, Kavana Digital retains the right to use anonymized case studies and results for marketing purposes.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Client remains responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kavana Digital's liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services in the preceding 12 months. We cannot guarantee specific results from marketing campaigns.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada.
